St Peter's Wharf

In December 2004, Electricity Supply Nominees (ESN) submitted plans for St Peter's Wharf.

St Peter's Wharf is an important regeneration area for Maidstone's riverside. Left derelict for years, the only time it is used is for the River Festival fairground. Many people would like to see the land developed with cafes and restaurants, similar to those that line the River Thames in London.

These latest plans are for cafes/restaurants/shops/houses, as well as improved landscaping, parking and other associated works.

You can comment on the application via Maidstone Borough council's website Digital Maidstone
